Our company is looking for OTR Class A CDL drivers to run no-touch refrigerated freight out of Terrell, TX. The company runs a late-model fleet and offers a pet-friendly, rider-inclusive culture.
Pay
- New Home More Program: starting at $0.63 per mile, with 2 weeks on the road and 2 days home
- True OTR Program: starting at $0.65 per mile, with 3 weeks on the road and 3 days home
- Drivers average around 2,800 miles each week
Home time
- Choose between shorter or longer out-and-back cycles depending on the pay program
- Option to sell back up to 7 consecutive days of unused home time at $100 per day
What you'll haul
- 100% no-touch, temperature-controlled freight including frozen goods, fresh produce, cosmetics, and other sensitive products
- Equipment includes Freightliner Cascadias with Detroit DD15 engines, Thermoking Tri-Pac APUs, 1,800-watt inverters, refrigerators, e-logs, and SmartDrive safety technology
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Class A CDL
- At least 22 years old
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the past 3 years
- Clean driving record meeting company standards
