OTR CDL-A Company Driver — $3,000+/Week, SAP Friendly

Our company is hiring OTR dry van drivers in San Antonio, TX, running as 1099 company drivers. This SAP-friendly role suits drivers with at least 16 months of Class A experience who want strong weekly pay and no-touch freight.

Pay

• Earn $3,000+ weekly for running about 3,700 miles

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• $200 weekly bonus tied to GPS-tracked miles, plus $300-$600 more per month for GPS miles

• $300 bonus for averaging 8.0+ MPG

• Safety bonuses by level: Level 1 pays $500, Level 2 pays $300, Level 3 pays $200

• Detention and layover pay included

• Direct deposit, paid every week

Home time

Expect roughly 3 days at home after every 3 weeks on the road.

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight, no-touch, with drop and hook available

• Dispatch is pre-planned on dedicated lanes: WI-CA, CA-MS, MS-WI, IN-TX, and MO-GA

• Westbound runs through TX, IA, UT, AR, and AL are prioritized

• Main operating states include MN, IL, WI, OH, MI, IN, MS, PA, MO, KS, OK, CO, CA, AZ, and NV

• The fleet avoids Northeast states and upstate New York

• You'll drive late-model automatic trucks (2023-2026 Kenworth T680 and Freightliner Cascadia) equipped with a bunk heater, APU, power inverter, fridge, microwave, premium bed, and deer guard

Requirements

• Class A CDL with at least 16 months of experience

• Must average at least 3,500 miles per week, with a weekly range of 3,000-5,000 miles

• Professional, reliable attitude
