OTR CDL-A Company Driver — $2,700–$3,500/week, SAP Friendly

Our company is hiring OTR dry van drivers (1099 company drivers) for dedicated lanes and no-touch freight. SAP-friendly, with newer automatic trucks and weekly direct deposit.

Pay

• $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per week, with drivers running 4,000+ miles typically earning $3,000 or more

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• $200 weekly bonus plus $300 - $600 monthly bonus based on GPS-tracked miles

• $300 bonus for averaging 8.0+ MPG

• Safety bonuses: $500 at Level 1, $300 at Level 2, $200 at Level 3

• Detention and layover pay included

• Paid weekly by direct deposit (1099)

Home time

• Typical pattern is 3 weeks out followed by 3 days home

What you'll haul

• Dry van, no-touch freight, drop and hook

• Pre-planned dispatch on dedicated lanes: WI-CA, CA-MS, MS-WI, IN-TX, MO-GA

• Core operating states include MN, IL, WI, OH, MI, IN, MS, PA, MO, KS, OK, CO, CA, AZ and NV

• Priority on westbound runs through TX, IA, UT, AR and AL; New York and the Northeast are avoided

Equipment

• 2023, 2024 and 2026 Kenworth T680 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, automatic transmission only

• Bunk heater, APU, power inverter, fridge, microwave, premium bed and deer guard

Requirements

• CDL-A with at least 16 months of experience

• SAP program participants welcome

• Must maintain a weekly average of at least 3,700 miles, within a 3,000-5,000 mile range

• Professional, strong work ethic expected
