OTR CDL-A Apprentice Driver — No Experience Required

Our company is looking for new drivers to join its paid CDL-A apprentice program, no prior Class A experience needed. You'll train to pass your CDL-A exam and then move into an OTR driving role, solo or team, as a company driver or lease operator.

Pay

• Weekly pay averages $900 to $1,300

• While training, you're guaranteed $900 gross per week once you pass your CDL-A exam

• Wage range listed for the role is $1,100 to $1,300 per week

• Drivers can earn between $75,000 and $150,000 a year depending on path chosen

Schedule

• Expect to be out 2-3 weeks at a time

What you'll haul

• You can choose solo or team OTR runs, and go company driver or lease

Requirements

• Complete the paid CDL training program, which comes with a 1-year contract

• You must pass the CDL-A exam (CDL-A permit) before being hired

• Truck school graduates are not eligible for this program

• Clean driving record and steady work history required
