About this job
Our company is looking for an OTR box truck driver to handle long-haul routes, deliveries and some warehouse work when you're off the road.
What you'll do
- Drive a box truck on long-distance routes while following DOT rules and traffic laws
- Load and unload freight by hand or with pallet jacks and other material handling equipment, using safe lifting methods
- Deliver orders to customers, provide good service, and collect signed paperwork
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
- Track your hours, routes and delivery records through a mobile device or onboard system
- Help out with warehouse tasks like material handling and inventory when not driving
Pay
$1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Requirements
- Prior experience as a commercial, delivery or courier driver is a plus
- Comfortable with manual transmissions and physical lifting
- Understanding of safe lifting and load handling
- Track record of following DOT and traffic rules
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Able to use mobile devices for navigation, updates and recordkeeping
- Warehouse or forklift/pallet jack experience is a bonus
