Our company in Fishers, IN needs OTR box truck drivers to run a 26ft box truck across long-haul routes. They're hiring for 2 CDL positions and 2 non-CDL positions, with drivers out on the road for 3 weeks to a month before coming home for a weekend.

What you'll haul
- Freight moved in a 26ft box truck, delivered to multiple stops along your route
What the job involves
- Driving safely and legally to get loads to their destinations on time
- Loading and unloading freight carefully to avoid damage
- Keeping delivery records and noting any problems that come up along the way
- Checking your truck regularly and flagging maintenance issues before they become bigger problems
- Treating customers well and answering their questions at drop-off
Requirements
- Background running a 26ft box truck or similar equipment, OTR experience preferred
- Comfortable with weigh station procedures and ELDs
- Good people skills for dealing with customers
- Able to lift and handle physical work tied to loading and unloading
- Open to both CDL and non-CDL applicants
