Operations Supervisor - CDL Class A

This is a leadership role in Aurora, CO for a hands-on supervisor overseeing drivers and daily transportation operations, with occasional route driving required. The job runs mid shift with up to 50% travel and pays $70,000-84,000 per year.

Pay

• $70,000-84,000 annually, paid weekly

What you'll do

• Oversee drivers, dispatch coordination, and terminal operations day to day

• Coach, train, and evaluate drivers, including road tests and safety checks

• Keep operations aligned with DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA rules

• Track performance metrics and find ways to improve processes

• Help with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling vehicle maintenance

• Step in to drive company routes yourself when staffing needs require it

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 years of management experience in transportation or logistics

• At least 6 years driving CDL A vehicles

• Current DOT medical card

• Must pass background check, drug screen, and MVR review

• Able to lift up to 75 pounds

• Available for night shift
