Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver — 26 Ft, Pay by % of Load Gross

Our company needs a reliable non-CDL driver to run OTR routes in a 26 ft box truck. You'll handle long-distance deliveries, basic cargo handling and customer contact on each stop.

What you'll haul

• Box truck freight and packages on over-the-road routes, delivered to set destinations

• Loading and unloading using pallet jacks or by hand, with care to secure the load properly

• Some warehouse-style tasks may come up, like helping organize stock or move inventory

Responsibilities

• Drive safely and follow all traffic and safety rules on every run

• Keep accurate delivery paperwork and route logs

• Deal with customers professionally during pickups and drop-offs

• Check the truck before and after each trip

• Keep the cab and box clean, and flag any mechanical issues right away

Pay

You're paid weekly, based on a percentage of the gross revenue each load brings in.

Requirements

• Valid non-commercial driver's license with a clean record

• Background and driving record checks required

• Experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle preferred, along with delivery or courier background

• Comfortable with heavy lifting and basic warehouse work

• Pallet jack experience is a plus

• Good communication and customer service skills
