Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver — $25.95–$31.25/hr

Our company in Dallas, TX is looking for a Non-CDL OTR driver to run box trucks and personal vehicles on long-distance delivery routes. You'll split your time between driving, loading, and warehouse tasks in a fast-moving logistics setting.

Pay

• $25.95 to $31.25 per hour

What you'll do

• Drive box trucks and personal vehicles across multiple regions on long hauls, following DOT rules and traffic laws

• Plan routes, use mobile devices for navigation, and hit delivery windows on time

• Load and unload freight by hand or with pallet jacks and other material handling gear, using proper lifting form

• Secure loads so nothing shifts in transit, and run routine pre-trip and safety checks on your vehicle

• Help out with warehouse duties like tracking inventory, handling materials, and keeping delivery paperwork accurate

• Operate manual transmission vehicles when needed

• Represent the company well by delivering professionally and handling customer questions on the spot

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Experience driving box trucks or vans is a big plus

• Prior delivery or courier driving experience preferred

• Warehouse background, including pallet jack or forklift use, is a plus

• Able to repeatedly lift heavy loads safely

• Working knowledge of DOT rules, traffic laws, and safe material handling

• Solid customer service and communication skills, in person and by phone
