Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver — 20% of Gross + Weekly Bonuses

Our company needs a reliable Non-CDL OTR box truck driver to run a 26-foot automatic Freightliner M2 106 out of Atlanta, GA. You'll be out on the road for stretches at a time hauling palletized commercial freight, with pay tied directly to how much the truck brings in.

Pay

You're paid 20% of the truck's weekly gross revenue, issued weekly. On top of that, you can earn a weekly bonus based on the truck's total gross for the week, and only the highest tier applies (bonuses don't combine):

• $6,000 weekly gross: +$75

• $7,000 weekly gross: +$150

• $8,000+ weekly gross: +$225

For example, an $8,000 gross week would mean $1,600 in base pay plus a $300 bonus, for $1,900 total. Overall pay runs from $750.00 to $1,600.00 per week.

Home time

You'll be home every other week. Freight runs mostly around the Southeast and Midwest, with occasional trips up to the Northeast, so you should be ready for extended time on the road.

What you'll haul

The truck is a 26-ft automatic Freightliner M2 106 fitted with a liftgate, pallet jack, E-track and load bars. Loads are mainly palletized commercial freight — household furniture moves are not part of this job.

Lodging

Since the truck has no sleeper, you may need hotels while out on the road. The company pays up to $70 per night; any amount above that is split evenly between you and the company. For instance, on a $95 hotel night, the company covers the first $70 and you and the company each pay $12.50 of the remaining $25.

What you'll be doing

You'll drive safely, pick up and deliver loads on schedule, stay in touch with dispatch, secure freight properly, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, keep accurate logs, follow DOT/FMCSA rules, and look after the equipment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no CDL needed)

• Current MVR

• DOT medical card required

• About 1 year of truck driving experience preferred

• Comfortable with extended OTR travel, dependable, safety-minded, and a consistent communicator
