Non-CDL OTR Box Truck Driver — $0.40/Loaded Mile

Our company needs a dependable non-CDL driver to run a 16-foot curtain-side box truck on over-the-road routes. You'll get steady freight, weekly pay, and a company truck with fuel card.

Pay

• $0.40 per loaded mile and $0.25 per empty mile

• $875 guaranteed minimum each week

• $50 per day layover pay

• Extra bonus potential for driver assist tasks and additional stops

• Paid on a weekly basis, with drivers typically covering 3,000+ miles weekly

Home time

• Typical rotation is about 4 weeks on the road followed by 1 week off

• Drivers wanting longer stretches on the road can arrange that

• Open to discussing a home-time schedule that works for both sides

What you'll haul

• You'll drive a Ford Transit 350HD with a 16-ft Conestoga-style curtain-side box, under 10,000 lbs GVWR

• Truck includes a sleeping area, with a refrigerator available if needed

• No CDL is required for this vehicle

Requirements

• A valid U.S. driver's license

• Must operate under an LLC

• Clean driving history and a reliable, responsible attitude

• Solid communication skills with dispatch

• Able to handle extended time on the road

• Prior experience is a plus, but the company will train the right candidate
