Non-CDL Grocery Delivery Driver — Up to $22/hr

This is a 1099 independent contractor role delivering groceries to homes in Indianapolis, IN using a company-provided sprinter van, with no CDL needed.

Pay

• $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with contract rate up to $22.00 per hour

• Expected hours range from 30 to 40 per week

Schedule

• You choose weekly delivery blocks of 4 or more days, including a weekend set covering Friday, Saturday and Sunday

• Shifts run 7 to 8 hours, with start windows at 4am, 5am, 6am, 3pm or 4pm

• Route offers depend on business needs and your availability

What you'll do

• Pick up a sprinter van at the fulfillment center and complete a pre-trip check

• Deliver groceries safely and on time to customers' homes

• Return the van to the fulfillment center at shift end

• You may also shuffle vans in the yard, work the dock, clean vans, or help with other warehouse tasks

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid driver's license; a CDL is not required

• A minimum of 1 year behind the wheel

• Able to lift up to 10 lbs often and up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Clear, courteous communication with customers and site staff

• Comfortable working both independently and alongside other contractors
