Non-CDL FedEx Delivery Driver — $180–$230/Day

Our company is hiring delivery drivers to run FedEx routes out of St. Peters, Missouri. No CDL is needed for this box truck role, and there's a path from seasonal to permanent status.

Pay

• $180 to $230 per day, paid weekly

• Training pay starts at $160 per day

• $75 monthly bonus for an accident-free record

• $75 monthly bonus for hitting FedEx service goals

• $300 bonus for referring a driver who stays 90 days

Schedule

• Five days a week, with deliveries running seven days a week overall

• Flexible scheduling

What you'll do

• Drive a company-supplied vehicle to drop off packages on time and in good condition

• Load and unload freight, lifting up to 150 lbs as needed

• Choose efficient routes while following traffic and safety rules

• Check paperwork and package accuracy at each stop

• Keep the dispatch team updated on delays or issues

• Keep the vehicle clean and report any damage or mechanical problems right away

• Treat customers professionally and represent the company well

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Class E license with a clean driving record

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• Courier experience is a plus but not required

• Good communication and time-management skills
