Non-CDL Delivery Driver — From $21.00/hr

Our company in Virginia, MN is looking for a full-time Route Driver to deliver pre-sold beverage products to assigned accounts. You'll handle cases and kegs, manage paperwork, and keep accounts stocked and accurate.

What you'll haul

• Carbonated and non-carbonated beverages and kegs, with individual items weighing up to 160 pounds

What you'll do

• Drop off pre-sold product at your assigned accounts

• Write up delivery invoices, noting cases delivered and any credits issued

• Keep accurate counts of full and empty product

• Check your vehicle daily and drive it safely per DOT rules

• Represent the company well with customers and the trade

• Follow up quickly on replacement orders

• Handle inventory transactions per company procedure

• Rotate stock properly at retail accounts to keep product fresh

• Help resolve any mismatches between invoices and receiving records

• Join team efforts to improve processes, productivity and cost control

• Keep all required records and paperwork current

• Follow safety and workplace rules

• Flag any discrepancies in loaded product

• Keep your work area clean and organized

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1 to 3 years of related experience

• Able to read invoices and route information, and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers

• Comfortable with basic math, including discounts, percentages, proportions and volume calculations, and basic algebra

• Able to apply common sense to written or verbal instructions and work through routine problems

• Valid DOT card required

• Driving record must meet company standards

• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, and regularly lift up to 60 pounds, with frequent lifting up to 160 pounds

• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
