Non-CDL Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate — $20/hr

Our company in Norcross, GA is looking for a combined delivery driver and warehouse associate. You'll split your time between driving a box truck to customers in the local sales territory and handling warehouse tasks like stocking, pulling orders, and using an RF scanner.

Pay

• $20 per hour, paid bi-weekly

What you'll do

• Deliver materials, products, and equipment to customers within the sales territory, driving safely and getting back to the warehouse promptly

• Flag any vehicle mechanical problems to your supervisor right away

• Move goods to and from the shipping or delivery area using hand-trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts

• Check pallets and package contents against manifests, invoices, or orders to confirm shipments are correct

• Work with supervisors or sales reps to sort out issues like damaged or short shipments

• Stock and restock inventory, pull orders, and stage them for shipping

• Keep the warehouse clean and organized

• Take on other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older

• Valid driver's license with a clean 7-year record and no DWI/DUI

• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test

• At least 1 year of driving experience

• At least 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience

• Preferred: 2-3 years driving a box truck

• Preferred: 1 year of materials handling and RF scanner experience

• Comfortable standing or walking more than 80% of your shift

• Able to read maps and navigate to customer locations

• Solid basic math and reading skills, plus good listening and communication

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift, 8 hours per day
