Non-CDL Delivery Driver — $30.50/hr, 4-Day Workweek

Our company, a veteran-owned delivery service partner, is hiring Non CDL Delivery Drivers in Gypsum, CO. No prior delivery experience is needed, and you'll work directly for our company rather than a staffing agency.

Pay

• $30.50 per hour, paid biweekly

Schedule

• 4-day workweek, typically 32 to 40 hours

• 10-hour shifts

• Expected hours capped at 40.0 per week

What you'll do

• Start each day at the warehouse (101 Gilder Way, Gypsum, CO 81637) to load your assigned vehicle

• Run your route using GPS navigation and a provided smartphone, scanning packages along the way

• Complete a pre-trip inspection and operate the delivery vehicle safely in all weather conditions

• Handle customer interactions at every stop as the face of the company

• Stay in contact with your team to resolve issues and help with route rescues when another driver needs backup

• Lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly, use equipment for items up to 70 lbs, and team-lift loads up to 300 lbs

• Return to the warehouse at shift's end to wrap up paperwork

Requirements

• No delivery experience required; paid training is provided

• Background in physically active work (restaurant, construction, grocery, ski resort, etc.) is helpful but not necessary

• Experience as a courier, rideshare driver, or in other delivery work is a plus, not a requirement

• Military veterans are welcomed
