Non-CDL Delivery Driver — $24.00/hr, Paid CDL Training

Our company, a family-owned beer distributor near Milwaukee, is looking for a delivery driver to run a non-CDL 26' box truck across 7 counties in Southeastern Wisconsin. No prior driving experience is needed since training is provided, and this role can be a stepping stone toward a CDL. You'd work out of the New Berlin, WI office on a Monday through Friday schedule with early morning start times.

• $24.00 per hour

• Some flexibility in scheduling

What you'll haul

• Beer and beverage products delivered to customers throughout Southeastern Wisconsin

What you'll do

• Drive a non-CDL box truck safely

• Load and unload product by hand

• Rotate stock and set up displays, shelves, racks and coolers at customer locations

• Collect payment from customers

• Deliver strong customer service

• Take on other tasks as needed

Physical demands

• Operate hand and foot driving controls

• Climb stairs and walk regularly

• Lift and carry cases two-handed from floor to overhead

• Push and pull a loaded hand truck or cart (up to 165 lbs) on flat and sloped surfaces

• Squat, kneel and bend repeatedly while handling product

• Lift and move cases up to 50 lbs regularly, with occasional kegs up to 165 lbs

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or GED

• Able to pass a company-paid drug test and physical

• Self-motivated with high energy

• Comfortable working solo or with a team

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Reliable, on-time attendance

• Familiarity with the Southeastern Wisconsin area is a plus
