Non-CDL Box Truck Team Driver (OTR) — $1,250–$1,500/wk

This OTR role puts two drivers together in a company-supplied non-CDL box truck, hauling freight on long-distance routes under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. You'll need to be comfortable being away from home for extended stretches and working closely with a co-driver.

Pay

• $1,250 per week, with postings noting a range up to $1,500 per week

Responsibilities

• Drive safely on extended OTR routes alongside your teammate

• Handle pickups and deliveries on time

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks

• Secure freight properly during transport

• Keep delivery paperwork current and stay in touch with dispatch

• Report any mechanical problems and keep the truck clean

• Stay compliant with DOT, FMCSA, and hours-of-service rules

Requirements

• A valid driver's license for this vehicle type

• A clean driving history

• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude

• Willingness to work well as part of a two-person team

• Comfort with long stretches on the road

• Box truck or other commercial driving background preferred

• Must meet other applicable safety and qualification standards
