Non-CDL Box Truck Driver — Regional $25/hr or OTR 20% of Gross

Our company LLC is adding 26ft box truck drivers out of the Somerville/Boston, MA area, with both regional and over-the-road routes open. You can pick the setup that fits your lifestyle: steady regional pay or OTR earnings tied to the load.

Pay

• Regional option: $25.00 per hour, running Northeast/New England routes with frequent home time.

• OTR option: 20% of the truck's weekly gross revenue, running long-distance routes nationwide. Typical weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,800+, depending on how many loads you complete.

• Posted pay range overall: $25.00-$35.00 per hour.

What you'll haul

• You'll drive a 26ft box truck that's kept in excellent condition.

• Regional runs stay within the Northeast/New England region; OTR runs go coast to coast, so you need to be ready to stay out during the week.

Requirements

• A valid standard driver's license - no CDL needed.

• 1-2 years behind the wheel of a 26ft box truck.

• A clean MVR with no red flags.

• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and get a medical card.

• You should be dependable, professional and able to manage your routes without close supervision.
