About this job
Our company is looking for both company drivers and owner-operators to run 26ft box trucks (under 26,000 lbs GVWR) on regional and over-the-road routes. No CDL is needed for this role, and you're paid a straight 23% share of each load's gross revenue.
Pay
- You keep 23% of the gross revenue on every load you run.
- Rate sheets are shared upfront so you can see what each load pays before accepting it.
- Settlements are paid weekly via direct deposit with a detailed breakdown.
- Weekly earnings have ranged from $4,500 to $7,500, though this reflects load volume and revenue, not a fixed wage.
What you'll haul
- Freight moved in a 26ft box truck under 26,000 lbs GVWR.
- Company drivers use a company-assigned truck; owner-operators supply their own (a liftgate and pallet jack are a plus) and can run under the company's authority or their own MC/DOT.
Requirements
- A standard driver's license — no CDL required.
- A current DOT medical certificate.
- A clean driving record, with no DUIs, reckless driving, or serious violations in the past three years.
- At least 6 to 12 months behind the wheel of a 26ft box truck or similar delivery vehicle.
- At least 21 years old and authorized to work in the US.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for ELD logs, GPS, and uploading documents.
What you'll do
- Inspect your vehicle before and after each trip.
- Keep dispatch updated on your ETA, arrivals, and any delays.
- Load and secure freight with e-tracks, load bars, and straps.
- Upload clean proof-of-delivery and bill-of-lading paperwork promptly.
Support provided
- Dispatch works to keep your truck loaded and minimize deadhead miles.
- Round-the-clock coordinators help with check-ins, broker calls, and roadside issues.
- Onboarding paperwork is handled quickly to get you running fast.
Benefits
- Fuel card and fuel discounts
- Profit sharing
