Non-CDL Box Truck Delivery Driver/Packer — $22–$27/hr

Our company in Sharon, MA is looking for a full-time delivery driver and packer to run a box truck and help out in the warehouse. This is a Monday through Friday daytime schedule, no CDL required.

Pay

• $22.00 to $27.00 per hour

• Full-time, about 40 hours a week

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

What you'll do

• Drive a box truck to deliver products to customers, following traffic laws and DOT rules

• Load and unload goods by hand or with pallet jacks and other material handling tools, using safe lifting methods

• Pack and label orders accurately, with proper paperwork

• Help with general warehouse tasks like moving stock, organizing inventory and keeping the workspace tidy

• Talk with customers during drop-offs and handle their questions professionally

• Follow safety rules for lifting and for operating company vehicles

Requirements

• Prior experience driving a large box truck for deliveries

• A DOT health card, or the ability to get one

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand or sit for long stretches during a shift

• Comfortable with pallet jacks or carts a plus

• Understanding of route driving and traffic law compliance

• Good customer service manner

• Able to use a mobile device for navigation and communication
