Non-CDL Box Truck Delivery Driver — $19.00/hr, No Weekends

Our company needs a dependable box truck driver to deliver auto, RV and marine parts to customers in the Sterling, MA area. This is a full-time weekday role with a steady schedule and early morning starts.

Pay

• $19.00 per hour

• $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $500 at 6 months and $500 at 12 months of continuous employment

• Raises of up to $0.50/hour possible at 60 days, 6 months and 1 year, based on performance

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days a week depending on route and business needs

• Early morning start times

• No weekend work

What you'll haul

• Aftermarket auto, RV and marine parts and accessories

• You'll drive a company-owned box truck, 15 feet or longer, equipped with heat and A/C

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and unload freight using safe handling methods

• Confirm orders and stay in touch with dispatch and the warehouse

• Deliver with professionalism and strong customer service

• Keep your vehicle and appearance clean and presentable

• Follow DOT rules and company safety policies

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• Valid driver's license (CDL not required)

• At least 6 months of experience driving a box truck 15 feet or longer

• Clean driving record with no violations in the past 24 months

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a DOT physical
