Non-CDL 26ft Box Truck Driver & Installer — $23/hr

Our company needs a seasonal box truck driver and installer to deliver and set up holiday decor, live plants and moss walls across the Philadelphia, NYC and Jersey City area. The role runs from 11/14/2026 to 01/15/2027, with a chance to move into a permanent position for top performers, and starts immediately.

Pay

• $23.00 per hour, full-time

Home time

• Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day are guaranteed off during the holiday blackout period; otherwise you need to be available to work

• You'll travel 50-75% of the time for this role

What you'll haul

• Holiday decor, live plants, moss walls and planters delivered and installed using 26-foot and 16-foot box trucks

• Driving happens in dense city traffic including Philadelphia, Jersey City and New York City

Requirements

• No CDL needed, but you must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record and a current DOT medical card

• At least one year of hands-on experience driving a box truck in heavy urban traffic

• Must pass a background check and drug test under a zero-tolerance policy (marijuana included, even with a PA card)

• No history of theft, battery, DUI/DWI or embezzlement

• Able to climb ladders up to 20 feet and lift 50 lbs repeatedly through the day

• Must live within 30 minutes of the Pottstown, PA 19464 facility

• Comfortable using a smartphone for payroll and reporting

What you'll do

• Deliver and help install holiday decor and plant displays at client sites with your team

• Load and unload trucks, including leading that effort (forklift experience welcome)

• Prep plants ahead of installs and assist technicians with upkeep during delivery stops

• Keep timesheets, work orders, DVIRs and replacement forms up to date each day

• Drive the 26-foot straight truck safely through highways, city streets and tight, congested areas
