About this job
Our company, a FedEx Ground contractor based near Glenwood Springs, CO, is hiring full-time delivery drivers. No CDL is needed, and you'll be home every evening after your route.
Pay
- Starting at $28.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Stable, year-round work
Schedule
- Full-time, 5–6 days a week
- Shifts start at 9:00 AM
- Sundays off plus one additional weekday off
- Home every evening
What you'll do
- Drive a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle to drop off packages at homes and businesses
- Load and arrange packages for an efficient route
- Use GPS and a handheld scanner to track deliveries
- Check your vehicle before and after shifts and keep accurate delivery records
- Deliver great customer service while following FedEx, DOT, and company safety rules
Requirements
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license (no CDL needed)
- Clean driving history
- Must pass a DOT physical, a federal drug screen (including marijuana), and a 10-year background check
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds on your own, or up to 150 pounds using a hand truck or dolly
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Prior experience delivering for companies like Amazon, UPS, USPS, DHL, OnTrac, or in warehouse, landscaping, construction, or courier work is a plus but not required — training is provided.
