Local/Regional CDL Intermodal Container Driver — $1,000–$1,700/wk

This is a second shift CDL driving job hauling intermodal containers on local and regional routes out of Lithonia, GA. Pay runs $1,000 to $1,700 a week.

What you'll haul

• Intermodal containers, picked up and delivered across various routes

Requirements

• Valid CDL with endorsements for intermodal containers and air brakes

• Container hauling experience required, no exceptions

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years

• Must live within 30 minutes of the Lithonia, GA terminal

• Knowledge of DOT regulations, traffic laws, and basic vehicle inspection

Responsibilities

• Transport containers while following DOT and state regulations

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, checking air brakes and mechanical condition

• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws

• Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries
