Local Pickup & Delivery Driver

This role covers local package pickup and delivery for our company in Port Coquitlam, BC, working an assigned route. It's run as an interview-based hiring process.

What you'll do

• Pick up and drop off packages along a set local route

• Confirm each shipment matches FedEx's service requirements

• Handle related customer service tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and move packages as heavy as 150 lbs using equipment

• About a year of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

• Must pass the required pre-placement driving assessment

• No more than two accidents or violations in the past 24 months

• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills

• Comfortable working varied shifts, including holidays, as business needs require

• Quebec-based applicants must be fluent in both French and English
