Local Delivery Van Driver — $27–$30/hr

Our company is hiring parcel delivery drivers for residential and commercial routes, based out of South San Francisco. No CDL and no experience are needed, and paid training gets you started quickly.

Pay

• Base pay is $27 an hour, depending on your experience and schedule.

• Extra performance, efficiency and attendance bonuses add $0.50 to $3.13 an hour, which can bring you to about $30 an hour.

• A discretionary $2000 bonus is paid out over your first months. To qualify, you need at least 5 shifts a week and no call-outs in a given month.

• Retention bonuses are paid quarterly and grow with your time on the job.

Schedule

• Shifts run about 8-9 hours, usually from 10:30 AM to 7:00 or 8:00 PM.

• The operation runs 7 days a week. Full-time means 4-5 days weekly, and you must work at least one weekend day.

• Full-time and part-time positions are listed.

Requirements

• Age 21 or older with a valid driver's license (a commercial license is not required).

• No more than 2 accidents, tickets or infractions over the last 3 years.

• A passed 4-panel drug test before you start.

• Able to lift, push, pull and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.

• A positive attitude and plenty of energy.
