About this job
Corfini Meat & Seafood, a premium food processing and wholesale distributor, is hiring a local delivery driver in Tualatin, OR to run daily routes delivering perishable products to restaurants, grocers, and other customers using a light delivery or panel truck.
Pay
- $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Home time
- Home daily, local routes, Monday to Friday with weekends as needed
What you'll haul
- Boxed perishable food orders delivered to local commercial customers
Responsibilities
- Load the truck, plan the delivery order, and deliver to customers
- Get receiving slips signed and report progress by phone
- Pick up returns and verify goods against invoices
- Keep simple delivery and mileage records
- Report mechanical issues and keep the vehicle maintained and clean
- Help with general warehouse duties after your route
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- About 6 months of box truck experience preferred
- Previous delivery experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Able to sit for long periods, climb in/out of the cab, and lift up to 75 lbs (push/pull up to 80 lbs)
