Local Delivery Driver — $20/hr, G Licence

This role delivers customer orders from a Mississauga warehouse to clients across the GTA, using a straight truck or similar delivery vehicle. You'll work a set weekly schedule with weekdays off mid-week.

Pay

• Starting at $20.00 per hour

• Expected hours: 50.0 per week

Schedule

• Shifts run from about 8:45 or 9:00 AM until deliveries are finished

• Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

• Thursdays and Sundays off, with availability needed for statutory holidays and weekends

What you'll haul

• Customer orders picked from order sheets at the warehouse

• Deliveries made throughout the Greater Toronto Area

Requirements

• Valid G licence (or higher) with a clean driving record

• Pump Truck License

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable with long-distance driving and independent work

• Good customer service skills and a positive attitude

• Familiar with GTA routes; knowledge of food products is a plus

• Able to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Confirm orders are accurate before and during delivery

• Collect signed invoices and payments from customers

• Load and unload shipments carefully

• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and track mileage

• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams

• Report any vehicle damage or order discrepancies to your supervisor
