About this job
Our company, a FedEx Ground contractor based in Austell, Georgia, is looking for delivery drivers to run local routes covering Carrollton, Villa Rica, and nearby areas. No CDL is needed for this role.
Pay
- Flat rate of $160 per day
- Training pay of $120 per day for your first two weeks
- Bonus of $1 per stop once you pass 120 stops in a day
- Paid out weekly every Friday
Schedule
- Working 5 to 6 days per week, with one weekend day included
- Shifts begin at 7:30 AM and run until the route is finished
- You'll be home every day
What you'll haul
- FedEx Ground packages delivered to homes and businesses
- You'll drive a company-supplied van in the P700–P1200 size range
- Routes run 150+ miles daily and mix ground and residential stops
- Expect to load, unload, and carry packages, plus frequent in-and-out-of-vehicle movement
Requirements
- Clean driving record and a valid license
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical, all paid for by the company
- Able to lift up to 150 lbs and work outdoors in any weather
- Comfortable navigating with GPS
