Local CDL Delivery Driver — $23.83–$24.42/hr

Our company is hiring a local CDL delivery driver for a regional produce wholesaler based in St. Charles, MO, with openings also in Kansas City, MO. This is a contract-to-hire role delivering product on local routes.

Pay

• Base pay runs $23.83 to $24.42 per hour.

• The company shares an example showing how total pay could grow with overtime and a weekly incentive (up to $100/week after 90 days): factoring in wages, overtime, bonuses and employer-paid benefits, they estimate total compensation around $94,350-$95,650 per year for a roughly 55-hour week, or about $32/hour effective. What you'll haul

• You'll run a delivery truck transporting produce to customers, handling loading, unloading and proper product care along the way.

Schedule

• Routes run Monday through Friday, with some flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

• You need a valid CDL and an air brakes endorsement.

• Prior delivery or driving experience is preferred.

• You should know safe driving practices and be comfortable navigating routes on your own.

• Good communication and customer service matter since you'll interact with customers at each stop.

• The job involves physical work: lifting, loading and unloading product regularly.

• You're expected to follow food safety, sanitation and allergen protocols, keep your vehicle inspected and clean, and report any accidents or mechanical problems promptly.
