About this job
Our company is looking for a Class B CDL driver to run a local, home-daily route out of Albany, NY, delivering doors and windows along with electrical products to Scarborough, ME. You'll drive a 26-foot straight truck no older than 36 months, with an electric pallet jack provided for touch freight.
Pay
- Weekly average of $1,500 or more
- Paid weekly
- Paid training included
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Overnight shift, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
- Typically 60+ hours per week
- Home every day
What you'll haul
- Tailgate deliveries of doors and windows
- Touch freight: electrical products
- Equipment includes an electric pallet jack; our company trains you on everything needed
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Class A or B CDL with the right endorsements
- Verifiable tractor-trailer or comparable driving experience: 9 months in the past 3 years, 2 years in the past 5, or 5 years in the past 10
- Pass a our company drug screen, background check, MVR review, DOT physical, and road test
- Able to follow instructions and apply relevant regulations and procedures
