Local CDL-B Delivery Driver — Average $88,000/Year, Home Daily

Penske Logistics is looking for a full-time local Class B delivery driver in Auburn, ME to run a dedicated route delivering parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. You'll be home every day on a set schedule.

Pay

• Averages $88,000 per year

• $5,000 retention bonus

• Performance incentives of up to $10,400 per year

• Paid weekly, every Friday

Home time

• Home daily

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday

• Dispatch at 1:00 AM

What you'll haul

• Dedicated route with 5 stops and 1 transfer per run

• Multi-stop deliveries of automotive parts and supplies to dealerships

• You'll unload freight yourself using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks and rolling cages, and scan items as they come off the truck

Equipment

• Late-model Penske trucks built for comfort and safety

• Trucks have inward- and outward-facing cameras in the cab

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement; must be domiciled and licensed in your state of residence in the U.S.

• Must hold, or be able to get, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card

• At least 1 year of documented commercial driving experience within the last 5 years

• No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• Must be fluent in English per federal DOT rules

• Must pass a background check (employment, education and criminal history) and a drug screen

• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs, and to safely get in and out of the cab and cargo area
