Local CDL-A Yard Driver — Home Daily, $24.00/hr

Our company is hiring a Yard Driver in Hannibal, MO. You'll spend your whole shift at one site shuffling trailers instead of running highway miles, giving you a steady, repeatable routine every day.

What the job looks like

• You're home every day on a consistent schedule

• Little to no highway driving

• Freight is no-touch

• No deliveries or multi-stop runs to customers

• Work stays in one location, shift after shift

Pay

• Starting pay of $24.00 per hour

• Shift differential of $1.00-$2.00 depending on the shift you work

• Overtime kicks in past 40 hours

• Paid weekly

• Referral bonus up to $2,000

• Weekly pay range listed as $1200.00-$1700.00

What you'll do

• Shuttle trailers around the yard and between dock doors

• Drop and hook trailers

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Stay on top of safety rules and company policy

• Stay in contact with dispatch and yard staff

• Keep your logs and paperwork accurate

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Current DOT medical card

• Clean driving history

• Prior tractor-trailer experience

• Comfortable working outdoors in any weather

• Able to climb in and out of the truck repeatedly through your shift
