Local CDL-A Yard Driver — Home Daily, $23.00–$24.00/hr

Our company is hiring a local yard driver to shuttle trailers within a single yard location in Corinth, MS. You'll work a consistent schedule and be home every day, with no highway driving or customer stops involved.

What the job involves

• Shuttling trailers around the yard and between dock doors

• Hooking and dropping trailers as needed

• Running pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Staying in touch with dispatch and yard staff

• Keeping accurate logs and paperwork

• Following company safety rules at all times

Pay

• Starting pay of $23.00 per hour

• Shift differential of $1.00 depending on the shift you work

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Current DOT medical card

• Clean driving history

• Prior experience handling tractor-trailers

• Comfortable working outdoors in any weather

• Able to climb in and out of the truck repeatedly during your shift
