About this job
Our company runs the dedicated fleet for UFP Industries, hauling building materials out of New London, WI with around 200 locations nationwide backing you up. This is a local route with assigned equipment and no slip-seating.

Home time

What you'll haul
- Building materials, often on flatbed trailers
- You'll run late-model Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks equipped with current technology, and keep the same assigned truck rather than rotating rigs
On the job
- Keep deliveries on schedule and communicate well with customers
- Check that your load is secured properly, and help load or unload as needed
- Handle required paperwork and attend safety meetings
- Provide solid customer service and pitch in on other tasks as they come up
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- One year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
- Flatbed experience is a plus
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card
- Able to read and speak English
- Clean record with no preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years
- Must pass a DOT drug screen
