Local CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Daily, $77,000–$87,000/yr + $3,000 Sign-On

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated fleet based in Dallas, TX. You'll run dedicated local routes to Dallas-area stores and be home every day, with no tarping required.

Pay

• Earn $77,000-$87,000/yr depending on experience

• $265-$300/day, with availability needed Monday-Saturday

• $3,000 sign-on bonus, plus a new 2026 training pay increase

• $1,100 pre-employment evaluation pay

• Weekly guarantee pay plus a pay-for-performance bonus

Equipment

• Modern trucks with updated safety technology

Requirements

• Must live within Maverick's designated hiring area for this location (see their hiring map)

• At least 21 years old

• Valid CDL-A

• Minimum 6 months of local or OTR driving experience
