Local CDL-A Truck Driver — $500–$1,800/Week

Our company in Haslet, TX needs a solo company driver to move freight locally between plants, warehouses and distribution points. This is a full-time role for someone comfortable handling the whole delivery process from pickup to drop-off.

Pay

• $500.00 - $1,800.00 per week

What you'll do

• Haul finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing sites, retail locations and distribution centers

• Plan your routes to hit delivery windows on time

• Back trucks into position for loading and unloading

• Check your vehicle before trips for mechanical or safety problems and keep up with routine maintenance

• Keep accurate logs of driving time, rest breaks and mileage, and hold onto your fuel and toll receipts

• Enter required "macros" into the company's automated system at each loading and unloading stage

• Confirm delivery details before and during transport

• Follow all trucking regulations around weight limits, routes, parking and rest periods, plus company procedures

• Report any accidents, equipment issues or rule violations right away

Requirements

• At least 2 years of driving experience preferred

• CDL A preferred

• A clean record with no recent moving or driving violations

• Comfortable using GPS, AVL and CB equipment

• Solid understanding of trucking laws and regulations

• Able to adjust on the fly to things like traffic and weather

• Valid truck driving license
