Local CDL-A Truck Driver — $30.00/hr, Daily Home Time

Pitney Bowes is looking for a CDL-A driver to run local pickups and deliveries out of their Brown Deer, WI facility. You'll be home every day, driving newer tractors and trailers with little freight handling involved.

Pay

• $30.00 per hour, plus overtime

• Paid weekly

Schedule

• First shift, 9am to 5pm

• Home daily

• Overtime may be required, including weekends, holidays, or a shift change with little notice

What you'll haul

• Local pickups and deliveries

• Minimal freight handling

• Clean, late-model tractors and trailers

What the job involves

• Logging mileage, stops and cargo using an ELD or route sheet

• Hitting pickup and delivery windows with the help of software tools

• Keeping your vehicle and work area clean

• Following company safety and security procedures

• Using required cell phone apps

• Showing up reliably for your shifts

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL meeting DOT requirements

• At least six months of verifiable driving experience with a clean safety record

• Able to lift 50 lbs. and walk, stand, stoop and bend, with or without accommodation

• Able to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays

• Able to read and speak English well enough to talk with the public, understand road signs, respond to official requests, and fill out reports
