About this job
Our company is looking for local Class A CDL drivers to run Walgreens private fleet freight out of Mosinee, WI. You'll run two round trips a day to Windsor, WI, covering about 2,400 miles a week on a Monday to Friday schedule.
Pay
- Starting at $0.595 per mile for relay runs, or $28.30/hr for any on-duty time that isn't driving
- Your rate and weekly guarantee go up at 6, 12, 18 and 24 months
- Guaranteed minimum each week equals 40 times your hourly rate
- Weekly wage range runs from $1,160.00 to $1,700.00
- For a limited time, a $5K sign-on bonus is available, plus a referral bonus of $1.5K to $2.5K
Home time
This is a local route with shifts starting between 4 and 6 pm, Monday through Friday, so you'll be home regularly.
What you'll haul
Tailgated freight that you'll unload using a conveyor roller system when needed.
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- Either 1 year of verifiable driving experience, or 6 months of experience plus a CDL school certificate
- At least 21 years old
- Able to unload tailgated freight via conveyor roller system
- Must meet all DOT requirements
