About this job
Our company is hiring a 3rd shift weekend CDL-A shuttle driver for a major logistics company in Kansas City, MO. You'll be home daily, working Friday through Monday overnight, moving trailers between loading docks.
Pay
- $34 per hour
- Overtime pay after 40 hours a week
- Pay increases over time
Schedule
- Friday through Monday, 9 PM to 7:30 AM
- Home every day
What you'll haul
- Shuttle work moving 53-foot trailers in and out of loading doors
- Light-touch freight using 48-foot trailers or larger
What you'll do
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep accurate logs
- Secure loads and check trailer condition
- Follow DOT and safety rules
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 6 months of recent, verifiable CDL-A experience in the last 3 years
- Clean driving record over the past 2 years
- Experience handling 48-foot trailers
- Current DOT medical card
