About this job
Our company is hiring a Local CDL-A Shuttle Driver to work a Thursday through Sunday schedule in Kansas City, MO for a major logistics client. You'll be home every day and paid $33 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.
Pay
- $33 per hour, with overtime once you pass 40 hours a week
- Regular pay increases over time
Schedule
- Thursday through Sunday, 7 AM to 5:30 PM
- Home daily
What you'll haul
- Shuttle 53ft trailers between loading doors at the facility
- Light-touch handling
What you'll do
- Move trailers in and out of dock doors
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep accurate logs
- Check load security and trailer condition, following DOT and safety rules
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 6 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience in the last 3 years, including time with 48-foot or larger trailers
- Clean driving record over the past 2 years
- Current DOT medical card
