Local CDL-A Shuttle Driver — $33.52/hr

Our company is looking for a local shuttle driver to move tractor trailers of food products between dispatch sites near Saugerties, NY. You'd work nights, Sunday through Thursday, with a start time between 4pm and 6pm.

Pay

• Starting rate of $33.52 per hour

• Daily overtime kicks in after 8 hours worked

Schedule

• Sunday through Thursday, overnight shifts

• Start time between 4pm and 6pm

• Based out of the Saugerties, NY yard

What you'll haul

• Tractor trailers loaded with meats, produce, frozen foods, dry goods and other products, moved between remote dispatch points

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL with the right endorsements and DOT qualifications

• At least 6 months of commercial driving experience

• Doubles endorsement required; 6+ months driving with doubles preferred

• Comfortable working overnight and in a multi-temperature environment down to 0 degrees

• Able to lift, carry, push or pull 20 to 80+ lbs repeatedly through a shift

• Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse

• Able to read and communicate in English for signage, reports and official communication

• Manual transmission skills preferred, may be needed at some locations
