Local CDL-A Route Driver — Home Nights and Weekends

Our company, a major foodservice distributor based in San Antonio, is looking for a local route driver to deliver food products to customers in the Austin area. You'll run a set route Monday through Friday and be home every night and on weekends.

What you'll haul

• General food service freight, hand-unloaded at each stop

• You'll handle 600 to 1,200 cases per day across your route

• Trucks are new, automatic-transmission, and equipped with modern safety tech like collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Dispatch between 3:00 am and 5:00 am, with shifts running 10-12 hours

Requirements

• At least 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience

• Valid Texas Class A CDL

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report review, drug screen, and physical
