Penske Logistics is hiring a full-time Lead CDL-A Truck Driver in Sunrise, FL to deliver medical supplies to hospitals and clinics, with daily home time.
Pay
- $31 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours worked
- Paid weekly
Home time
- Home every day
- Monday through Friday schedule, with weekend coverage as needed
- Dispatch typically happens overnight on third shift
What you'll haul
- Medical supplies delivered to hospitals and clinics
- You'll operate newer Penske trucks built for driver comfort, fitted with inward- and outward-facing cameras
- Lead driver responsibilities included, plus covering shifts as assigned
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL, valid in your state of residence
- Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card, or the ability to get one
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years within the past 5
- No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record
- English language proficiency as required under federal DOT rules
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
