Local CDL-A Hazmat Truck Driver — Home Daily, Avg $84,240/yr

Penske Logistics is hiring full-time local CDL-A drivers in Stevens Point, WI to run multi-stop delivery routes for retail stores. You'll be home every day and work a Monday through Friday schedule.

Pay

• Average annual earnings of $84,240

• $7,500 sign-on bonus

• Paid every Friday

Home time

• Home daily

• Monday through Friday schedule, with dispatch times that vary by assignment

What you'll haul

• Parts and supplies delivered to retail store locations on multi-stop routes

• You'll unload freight yourself using manual pallet jacks and hand trucks, and scan items as they come off the trailer

• Route and assignment coverage may vary day to day

Equipment

• Newer trucks maintained by Penske, spec'd for driver comfort and safety

• Trucks include forward- and rear-facing cabin cameras

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, with residency and licensing in the same U.S. state

• Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire

• Current or obtainable non-excepted interstate DOT medical card

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5 years

• No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• English language proficiency, per federal DOT rules

• Must pass a background check (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, and to safely get in and out of the cab and rear cargo area
