Local CDL-A Float Driver — Home Daily, $240–$350/Day

A FedEx Ground contractor based in Hutchins, TX is looking for CDL-A drivers to fill two float driver spots. You'll be home every day, running drop and hook freight with no touch required.

Pay

• Guaranteed $1,200 per week if you're available to work, or $0.60 CPM, whichever comes out higher

• Daily pay runs $240 to $350

• Extra pay available for shuttles and additional runs

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Schedule

• Float position covering a mix of days, nights and weekends

• Need to be available 5 days a week, with a 6th day optional if you want more hours

• Flexible scheduling with steady work available

What you'll haul

• FedEx to FedEx lanes, dispatched out of Hutchins, TX, Arlington, TX and North Ft Worth

• Drop and hook loads, no touch freight

• Automatic Freightliner Cascadia trucks

Requirements

• Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years

• Doubles/Triples endorsement required (training available if you don't have it yet)

• Clean driving record with no accidents in the past 12 months

• No felony or misdemeanor convictions in the past 7 years

• Must be 21 or older
