Local CDL-A Flatbed Driver — $75,000–$88,000/yr, Home Nightly

Our company has a local, dedicated flatbed run based near North Vernon, IN, serving Indianapolis and the surrounding stores. You'll be home every night, and tarping isn't required on this fleet.

Pay

• Earn between $75,000 and $88,000 per year

• Daily rate of $265-$300 (you must be available Monday through Saturday)

• Weekly guarantee pay plus a pay-for-performance bonus

• $3,000 sign-on bonus

• $1,000 pre-employment evaluation bonus

• $1,000 training bonus for the Flatbed Business Unit if you have 6+ months of OTR experience

• Extra bonus pay available

• CDL-A driver referral bonuses of $1,000-$2,000, based on the hired driver's experience (rehires don't qualify); $500 for referring non-CDL hires such as securement, technician or office staff

Home time

This is a local, dedicated route, and you'll be home nightly.

What you'll haul

Flatbed freight on dedicated, local runs to Indianapolis, IN and nearby store locations. No tarping is required.

Equipment

You'll run newer trucks built with current safety tech, including a collision avoidance system with automatic braking, Stoneridge MirrorEye camera technology, a driver portal app, and tire pressure monitoring.

Requirements

• Must live within Maverick's dedicated hiring area (see their Hiring Map)

• At least 21 years old

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 6 months of local or OTR driving experience
