Local CDL-A Flatbed Driver — $30/hr, Home Daily

Our company is hiring a solo, local Class A CDL driver in Livermore, CA. You run a day cab with a 48' flatbed hauling metal around Northern California and are home every day. Pay is hourly and arrives weekly.

Pay and schedule

• $30.00 per hour, about 50 hours a week on average, which our company puts at $1650 or more per week

• Paid every week, with paid training

• Monday to Friday, starting between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM

What you'll haul

• Metal freight, with load securement only

• Day cab tractor and 48' flatbed trailer, local routes with home daily

• our company trains you on all the equipment you need

• Trucks are 36 months old or newer, backed by 24/7 roadside maintenance and fueling at 800+ locations nationwide

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• CDL-A plus any endorsements the position needs

• Verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience: 9 months within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5, or 5 years within the last 10

• Pass a drug test, DOT physical and road test

• Pass a background and driving record check, including drug and alcohol history from employers over the last 3 years

• Some roles add customer-required screening such as badging or extra background checks
