Local CDL-A Driver in Texas — Home Weekly, 100% No-Touch

Our company is looking for a CDL-A driver based in San Benito, TX to run dedicated Texas lanes with familiar routes and repeat customers. This is a no-touch freight position with planners assigned to your routes.

Pay

• Average $1,200 to $1,400 weekly, paid on standard OTR mileage pay

• $1,000 guaranteed pay during your first 3 months after you start solo dispatch

• Performance bonus program

• $15 stop pay

What you'll haul

• 100% freight within Texas, no exceptions

• 80% drop and hook

• Dedicated planners who know your routes, with repeat customers

Schedule

• 6 days on, 2 days off

• Home once a week

• Mix of day and night driving, with early morning starts expected

• Weekends off are not guaranteed, and some holiday work is required

Requirements

• At least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Must operate under Texas hours of service rules

• Valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and at least 21 years old

• Strong safety record with no crashes

• Clean driving record and background check

• Must pass hair and urine drug screens
